HOW COME YOU SEEM NORMAL?

I'm glad I'm perceived as being 'normal', because I'm really not. Those who know me, my family, and my life often ask this - and to be honest, I think it's a combination of my natural character, my moxie, and the love and support from my dad, nan and granddad. as well as John, my husband.

DO YOU EVER JUDGE ANYONE?

I do sometimes have judgy thoughts, but I don't like how it makes me feel about the other person. And so, I often see the good in them. I think this enhances my ability to coach too, because I can see potential, and I'm good at drawing that out of them.

WHY ARE YOU SO RUDE?

You mean, misunderstood? I think it's having ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and sometimes, I just say what I think.

IF YOU WERE AN ANIMAL, WHAT WOULD YOU BE?

You have no idea how many times I've been asked this - well, I'd be a wolf, because they're loyal, intelligent, and feared (not that, that's good - but I'm often told people are scared of me, and they really needn't be).

HOW DO YOU JUGGLE FAMILY LIFE WITH YOUR BUSINESSES?

This is subjective and depends on perception because I honestly think I'm disorganised and chaotic, while others see me as having it all together. But essentially, I have a great support network, and if there's no one that can help you - join my Moxie Community for tips, advice and support from other working Mothers.

WHAT DO YOU SPECIALISE IN?

My official title is Coaching Psychologist, but I prefer Mental Wellbeing Professional, and I specialise in anger management and positive psychology coaching to help people use positive anger and their character strengths to become the best that they can be

CAN YOU MENTOR ME?

Absolutely - but I only mentor a few people at a time, because I want to truly invest in them.

HOW DO YOU COPE WHEN THINGS ARE TOUGH?

This can't be answered in one sentence, but fundamentally, I have a growth mindset and strong resilience.
