REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Course Purchases

All courses offered through this website are digital products delivered online.

Once enrolled, you will receive access to the course materials through the online learning platform.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK consumer law, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

However, by purchasing a digital course and accessing the course materials, you acknowledge that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately.

Refunds may therefore be declined if the course materials have been substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe the course is not suitable for you, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.

Refund requests should be sent to:

Please include:

• your full name
• the email address used for purchase
• the course purchased
• the date of purchase

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• more than 14 days have passed since purchase
• the course has been substantially completed
• course materials have been downloaded or shared.

5. Coaching Sessions

For 1:1 coaching sessions, the following policies apply.

5.1 Booking and Payment

Coaching sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

5.3 Missed Sessions

If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and non-refundable.

5.4 Refunds for Coaching

Refunds for coaching sessions are generally not provided once a session has been delivered.

If you have purchased a package of sessions, unused sessions may be refunded at the discretion of Tanya Heasley, minus any sessions already delivered.

5.5 Coaching is a collaborative process and results may vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical problems accessing the course, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
